1. What we sell
FridgeWorthy Mail sells advertising spots on a printed postcard (a “run”) mailed to homes on selected USPS carrier routes within a defined market. Each run has a limited number of Front Spots and Back Spots, and a single spot per business category.
2. Category exclusivity
When your application is approved and assigned to a run, your business category is closed on that run. Exclusivity applies to the specific run only and does not carry to future runs unless you renew.
3. Print minimum and the refund guarantee
Each run publishes a print minimum — the number of sold spots required for the card to be printed and mailed — and a deadline. If the run does not reach its print minimum by the deadline, the run is cancelled and every advertiser on that run is refunded in full, with no fees deducted. Where we hold an authorized but uncharged payment method, that authorization is released instead.
4. Payment
Depending on the payment mode in effect at the time of your order, we either store your payment method and charge it when the run reaches its print minimum, or charge at the time of order. The mode applicable to your order is shown before you commit.
5. Artwork and offer content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your offer, fine print, expiration dates and artwork, and you confirm you have the right to use any logos and images you upload. We may decline or request changes to any content, and we may reformat artwork to fit the printed layout.
6. Results
We report QR code scans and taps on your offer page. These are engagement measurements, not confirmed sales or leads, and we make no guarantee of revenue, response rate or return on advertising spend.
7. Mail dates
Mail dates are planned dates. Printing, postal acceptance and delivery timelines can move for reasons outside our control. We will tell you if a mail date changes materially.
